Our company adopts advanced vacuum bright annealing process, which is in a full closed vacuum solution furnace, so that the surface of the steel tube will not contact with oxygen during annealing, and will not exist oxide scale. The internal and external surfaces of the steel tube will remain the original metal surface, bright and clean. In the bright annealing process, the temperature in the furnace is controlled accurately, and the temperature in the furnace is normally controlled to fluctuate ±5 °C, make sure the steel tube is evenly heated and fully insulated during annealing.
